1. Return Eligibility

Nga See Limited accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags attached. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags are not eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Refund Process

To obtain a refund, the customer must follow the return procedure below:

Step 1: Initiate the Return
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the order. Provide the order number and the item(s) to be returned. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 48 hours.

Step 2: Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box. Include the RMA number inside the package. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Nga See Limited does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns. Nga See Limited recommends using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery.

Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Once the return package is received, Nga See Limited requires 5 to 7 business days to inspect the returned item(s). After inspection, the refund is processed.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 business days following the inspection of the returned merchandise. The total time from the date of return shipment to the completion of the refund is at least 14 days. This timeline accounts for shipping time, inspection, and processing.

Payment Method Refund Times

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the account depends on the payment provider:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are posted within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

• PayPal: Refunds are posted within 14 days after processing. For customers located in jurisdictions where local laws mandate a longer period for PayPal refunds, the refund may take up to 30 days to appear in the account. Nga See Limited complies with all applicable regional legal requirements regarding refund timelines.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears all direct costs associated with returning the item(s). Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. If an item is returned due to a defect or an error on the part of Nga See Limited, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer. For all other returns, the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

• Undergarments, socks, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

• Gift cards.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order confirmation, the customer must contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Nga See Limited will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs. A full refund or replacement will be issued upon confirmation of the error.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, the refund will be issued via a Nga See Limited store credit valid for one year from the date of issuance.

8. Exchanges

Nga See Limited does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, the customer must return the original item following the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
